“Meriyll”

- U botua në vitin 2000. Roman i llojit të problemeve shoqërore. Ka njohur disa ribotime, duke u shndërruar brenda pak kohe në një bestseller. Është renditur në Listën e Nderit të IBBY-it për vitin 2002. Nga anketimet rezulton libri më i lexuar nga adoleshentët shqiptarë. Trajton fatin e një vajze që humb nënën në moshën 13-vjeçare dhe mbi supet e saj të njoma bie barra e shtëpisë. Ndërkohë babai i saj ka mbetur pa punë dhe ka probleme serioze me alkoolin. Në sajë të mbështetjes së Sidit, vajza me emrin Meriyll arrin t’ia dalë mbanë dhe të shpëtojë nga trafikimi. Mes Sidit dhe Meriyllit lindin ndjenjat e para të dashurisë.

- Was published in 2000 and resulted a huge success for the author. Based on the surveys it is the most popular novel of the author. It is reprinted many times. The book was included at the IBBY Honor List 2002. Meriyll, a 13-year-old girl, after the death of her mother get the responsibilities of keeping the house. She has to take care also for her younger brother and
sister while her father has problem with alcohol. Sid classmate of Meriyll becomes the main support for her and impede a plan to traffic the girl in Greece. They experienced their first love.
“Monstrat e Rrugës së Mimozave”

– Roman i llojit të problemeve sociale, i gërshetuar me aventurë. Ka fituar çmimin e Ministrisë së Kulturës për vitin 2002. Trajton raportet mes prindërve dhe fëmijëve në ditët tona. Në qendër është një djalë, të cilin prindërit e detyrojnë të studiojë për muzikë kundër dëshirës së tij. Por ai arrin t’i bindë ata se nuk ka talent dhe jeta e tij merr një rrjedhë tjetër, sidomos pas përfshirjes rastësore në kapjen e disa banditëve që kanë grabitur një bankë, rrjedhë që vë në provë karakterin e tij.

- Was published in 2002 and won the Silver Pen a prize of the Ministry of Culture. The relations of parents with their son and his close friend, a dog called Julius Caesar are a serious problem in an healthy Albanian. The parents aspire a splendid future for their son as a violinist but the boy hates the instrument. He has understood that has no talent for music and succeed in convincing his parents to stop studding violin.

Novelë e botuar në vitin 2001. Trajton problemin tragjik të gjakmarrjes dhe të ngujimit të fëmijëve. Në qendër është një djalë 12-vjeçar, i cili detyrohet të ngujohet për shkak të gjakmarrjes, ndërkohë që i ati është larguar drejt Greqisë në emigracion. Gjakmarrësit janë familja e një shoku klase të djalit të ngujuar.
“The bloody flowers of 7 March”
(a social problem-oriented long story for the age 10-14) –
Published in 2000. Blood-feud is still a very grave social problem in some northern parts of Albania. Hundred of children and adults live in the conditions of self-arrest because of any imminent revenge. But children are the main victims. They are not free to move out of Mouse or to go to school and some of them have experienced traumatic effects of this involuntarily self-arrest. The hero of the story is a 12-year-old boy constrained to live all the time inside home because is family is in blood-feud with another family.

- Roman i zhanrit të fantazisë. U botua në vitin 2002. Falë njohjes me një zonjë të pasur, jeta e një qeni rruge ndryshon. Atë e merr zonja në shtëpinë e saj dhe miqësohen aq shumë, saqë, pas vdekjes, zonja i lë qenit trashëgim gjysmën e pasurisë së saj. Kjo gjë tërbon nipërit dhe mbesat e saj, që vendosin ta heqin qafe qenin.
“The dog that became millionaire”
(a fantasy novel for the age 9- 12)
- An old rich lady met one day a street dog and decided to take him home. They live together for some years and after the death of the lady the dog learns that her wealth belongs to him. The nephews and the nieces of the old lady enraged with the decision of her decided to eliminate the dog and his family. In this conditions the dog understands what the many is and what the men are.

- Roman i llojit me probleme shoqërore. U botua në vitin 2003. Trajton botën e fëmijëve dhe të rinjve në kohën e diktaturës komuniste. Familja e Lorikut bëhet viktimë e një dënimi të padrejtë: babai i tij, drejtor i një uzine, burgoset për sabotazh, ndërsa pjesa tjetër e familjes internohet në një fshat të humbur. Shkatërrohen shumë gjëra në jetën e Lorikut dhe motrës së tij më të vogël, pikërisht në moshën e tyre më të bukur. Por duhet mbijetuar dhe fëmijët bashkë me nënën e tyre arrijnë të mbijetojnë me shumë sakrifica e vuajtje.
“The dreams of the sailing craft”
(a social oriented- problem novel for the age 12-18)
- Published in 2001. A 14-year-old boy and his sister are victims of a harsh politically verdict towards their father during the communist regime in Albania. Together with their mother they are deported in a remote village. The mother is constrained to do hard work in the fields and they live in detestable conditions. The boy is fired from the school while together with his sister are subjects of continuous humiliations and offences. Part of their life is a tragedy, bur they survive.

- Roman i llojit me probleme shoqërore. U botua në vitin 2004. Trajton fatin e fëmijëve jetimë në ditët tona dhe problemet e tyre. Në qendër janë dy fëmijë, motër e vëlla, të cilët dërgohen në jetimore nga xhaxhai i tyre, ndërkohë që babai u ka vdekur dhe nënën e tyre e kanë të shtruar në një spital psikiatrik. Xhaxhai synon të marrë shtëpinë e dy jetimëve, synim të cilit
ia arrin përkohësisht. Pasqyrohet sesi rrjedh jeta në jetimore ku dërgohen fëmijët.
“Openhearted people”

- Was published in 2004. Two children, brother and sister, whose father is dead and mother recovered in a psychiatric hospital, are victims of the fate and the frauds that their uncle and his wife carried to sent them in a public orphanage and reclaim with ilegal means the house where the children were living. Brother and sister are faced with a harsh reality in the orphanage and the boy fights for his rights together with his friends. They are openheartedly supported by their classmates who are living outside the orphanage.

Pasi mposhtin tundimin e përvetësimit të thesarit, miqtë vendosin t’ia çojnë atë princeshës dhe gjatë rrugës kalojnë një sërë aventurash ku zbulohet karakteri i tyre.
“The treasury”

- Five friends living in the underwater world of a bay one day, after a terrible storm, find in the bottom of the sea a sank sheep and a big treasure in golden coins. The destination of the treasury was a young princess living far away who was waiting for it because she intended to get married. The friends decided to divided the many between them but when they find a letter for the princess written by his father they change mind and take a very boble decision: to send the treasury to the princess. During their trip they face very difficulties and dangerous situations.

“All the tulips of the world”
(romance novel for the age 14-19)
- Published in 2002. A young pianist experienced his first love in a turbulent way without understanding at first that is huge diference between sex and romantic love. His relationship with a coaetan girl passes through a hard period. Another girl enters between them in a impudently way trying to conquer the boyfriend of her classmate. After a period of falling apart the pianist and his girlfriend decide to put in prove again their love.

“A love great as two oceans”

- Published in 2007. During a underwater teaching practice the classmates of a grammar school are kidnapped by a submarine and taken hostage in a secret military base. This military base is constructed by a dictatorial state to undertake within e short time an aggression towards some democratic countries. All classmates are transformed genetically
in amphibious and trained as elite suicide troupes for terrorist acts. With the help of a famous chemist, a hostage in the base also, one of the classmates escaped from the base and returns to his country.
Viktor Canosinaj është gjithashtu autor i tre librave me përralla e tregime dhe i studimit “Nga Liza te Harri Poteri”, studim kushtuar letërsisë për fëmijë. Ai ka përkthyer nga anglishtja dheitalishtja letërsi për fëmijë dhe të rritur. Ndërsa për fëmijë e të rinj ka përshtatur romanin “Don Kishoti i Mançës”.
Viktor Canosinaj is also author of three boks with tales and short stories and a study on children’s literature entitled From Alice to Harry Potter. He has prepeared an abridged version for children and young adults of the famous novel Don Quixote. He has also translated literature for children and adults from Italian and English.
